Rooted in ancient knowing and gentle healing, it invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and care for your body with intention. Here, healing becomes less about fixing and more about tending—patiently, consistently, and with compassion. It is quiet, steady guidance for what has been worn down, overwhelmed, or overlooked. A return to balance that isn’t forced, but supported—through grounded practices, compassionate awareness, and what truly sustains you.

This is Sonder—the understanding that everyone is carrying a full, complex life beneath the surface.
 

I created this space for those whose stories have become heavy, whose bodies have whispered—then shouted—for rest, and who are ready to find their steady ground again.
 

For years, I moved through the world as a guide of doing—teaching Pilates, yoga, and other fitness modalities, alongside natural health practices. I believed strength was built in the sweat. But after a season of deep personal fracture and physical collapse, my body taught me a different truth: true resilience isn’t forced—it’s grown.
 

My approach is rooted in the practical wisdom of the body, the kitchen, and the garden. Through gentle movement rooted in strength, intentional rest, supportive thought patterns, and simple herbal practices, I help you rebuild in a way that honors your body instead of pushing past it.
 

Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. It can feel like rest. Like a deep breath. Like coming home to yourself.
